Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Artiphik, an AI YouTube agent that plans, designs, writes, and helps you ship videos, operated by Rahaman Bin Ujit ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using any part of the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Artiphik.

1. Who can use Artiphik

You must be at least 13 years old, able to form a binding contract under your local law, and not prohibited from using the service under applicable sanctions or export-control laws. If you're using Artiphik on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at rahaman@artiphik.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

One person, one account. You may not share your account with others or resell access.

3. Subscription plans and billing

Artiphik offers Free, Creator, and Enterprise plans. Current pricing, usage caps, and feature lists are shown on the pricing section of the landing page.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current period.

We may update pricing or plan limits. For existing paid subscribers we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect.

4. What you can and can't do

You agree not to:

• Use Artiphik to generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, harasses or impersonates others, or misleads in a way that causes harm.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the proprietary technology, systems, or underlying materials that power Artiphik.
• Use automated tools to make requests beyond published rate limits, or abuse Free-plan quotas through multiple accounts.
• Resell, white-label, or wrap Artiphik output in a product you charge third parties for, unless you're on the Enterprise plan and we've agreed to it in writing.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, including faces of people who haven't consented, copyrighted thumbnails you don't own, or anything that violates platform policies.

5. Your content and the content Artiphik generates

Your inputs. You retain ownership of anything you upload or type into Artiphik (thumbnails, reference images, briefs, faces, persona photos). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process those inputs for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

Face uploads and personas. When you upload a photo of a person to use inside a thumbnail, you confirm that you are the person depicted or that you have their explicit consent to use the image for AI-generated thumbnails. You are responsible for that consent. We use uploaded face images only to render the generations you request, do not share them outside the providers strictly required to render those generations, and do not use them to train any model.

Generated output. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the titles, critiques, ideas, and images Artiphik generates for you and can use them commercially. Because generative models sometimes produce similar output for similar prompts, we don't guarantee exclusivity.

Public Explore gallery. By default, generations made on the Free plan may be displayed on the public Artiphik Explore gallery so other creators can browse community output. You can flip any generation to private at any time from your library; private generations never appear in Explore. Generations made on paid plans are private by default. Public display does not transfer ownership to us; you keep all rights to your output.

AI-generated content disclosure. Output is produced by AI. Treat it as a starting point, verify facts before publishing, and be aware of platform policies (including YouTube's disclosure rules for AI-generated content).

6. YouTube-specific terms

Artiphik uses YouTube API Services. When you connect your YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

Some features ask you to grant an additional captions-access permission on-demand (Google's youtube.force-ssl scope) so we can read caption tracks for your own videos and grade their spoken scripts. We use this access solely to read captions; we do not upload, modify, or delete videos, ratings, comments, or captions. You can revoke it the same way as any other Google permission.

You can revoke Artiphik's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page or by disconnecting inside the Analytics section of the app.

Artiphik is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with YouTube or Google.

7. Artiphik's intellectual property

The Artiphik brand, site, code, design system, and the proprietary technology and underlying systems that power the product are ours. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service as-intended. No rights are granted beyond that.

8. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account any time from settings or by emailing rahaman@artiphik.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we're legally required to, or if your activity threatens the integrity or security of the service. Where possible we'll give notice and a chance to fix the issue first. If we terminate without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of a paid subscription pro-rata.

9. Disclaimers

Artiphik is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that using Artiphik will increase your views, click-through rate, subscribers, or revenue. YouTube performance depends on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to Artiphik is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Artiphik harmless from third-party claims arising out of content you upload, content you publish using Artiphik output, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify active users by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of Artiphik after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
